Reclaim Fund Ltd is an Arm’s-Length Body owned by HM Treasury, with its shareholdings managed by UK Government Investments. We also work closely with the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, which owns Dormant Assets Policy.

How to reclaim lost or forgotten money 

Reclaim Fund Ltd do not hold any customer data, so we are not able to process reclaims directly. Instead, we reimburse participating firms for any reclaims made by their customers after they have transferred the money to the Scheme.  

If you think you have a dormant asset, please contact your original product provider.

How to make a complaint 

Reclaim Fund Ltd are unable to process reclaims or manage customer complaints about a reclaim directly with customers. Any such queries or complaints should be directed to the financial institution with which the account or policy was held.
