Any data shared with Google Analytics is limited to geo-location results limited to “city” (rather than anything more specific such as a street name). Whilst data shared to Google Analytics is not personally identifiable, we have put in place legal protections (through a data processing agreement) with Google Analytics to ensure that data is used in a way that is compliant with European data protection laws.
Google Analytics is based outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) however personal information is never shared with Google Analytics except as set out above. We have put in place legal protection to ensure this data is protected through a mechanism known as standard contractual clauses.
How long will information be kept?
Information collected from this website will be kept for 26 months to allow for comparisons with previous years use of the website.
Data subject rights
