The Polar Academy is a charity – set up in 2012 – which identifies those young adults in Scottish schools and organisations who are often overlooked by the education system.
1625 Independent People
1625 Independent People works with young people aged 16 to 25 in Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset and Bath and North East Somerset.
East Belfast Mission
East Belfast Mission is using a £99,921 grant to improve the sustainability of their Hosford Homelessness Service which provides accommodation and support to people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, to rebuild their lives.
