Reclaim Fund Ltd is an Arm’s-Length Body owned by HM Treasury, with its shareholdings managed by UK Government Investments. We also work closely with the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, which owns Dormant Assets Policy.

Looking for a Dormant Account?

Reclaim Fund Ltd does not hold customer account information and cannot reunite individuals with dormant funds directly.

If you believe you may have money in a dormant bank account, savings account, insurance policy, investment, or other financial product, please contact the organisation where you originally held the account. They will be able to advise whether funds remain available and explain the process for reclaiming them.

Reclaim Fund Ltd receives money from participating organisations only after accounts have been classified as dormant. We do not receive customer records and are unable to search for accounts or verify ownership on behalf of individuals. Please do not submit personal data to us.

How to make a complaint 

Reclaim Fund Ltd are unable to process reclaims or manage customer complaints about a reclaim directly with customers. Any such queries or complaints should be directed to the financial institution with which the account or policy was held.
