Saffron Building Society join the Dormant Assets Scheme

RFL is delighted to welcome the fourth participant to the Alternative Scheme, Saffron Building Society. The Saffron is a mutual society which has been serving its local community since 1849 and has a number of branches located in Hertfordshire, Essex and Suffolk.

Community is at the core of Saffron’s business and their participation in the Scheme will allow them to support local causes whilst protecting member’s rights to reclaim at any time in the future. Under the Alternative Scheme rules, Saffron have chosen to utilise the Essex Community Foundation to allow them to support a number of charities and RFL look forward to hearing more in the near future.
